On behalf of the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Master of Arts Program in Business and Managerial Economics (MABE) Program as you begin your academic journey in 2026.  Established in 1997, the MABE Program was founded with a clear vision: to bridge rigorous economic analysis with practical business decision-making. In 2026, we proudly celebrate the 30th anniversary of the MABE Program—a significant milestone that reflects three decades of academic excellence, continuous adaptation, and meaningful contributions to business, policy, and society. As new students, you are joining the program at a historic moment, becoming part of a legacy while helping to shape its future.

The global economy today is characterized by rapid technological change, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability challenges, and heightened economic uncertainty. In response, the MABE Program continues to evolve, offering a curriculum that integrates advanced economic theory, quantitative and data-driven methods, and real-world business applications.
